Busy Bee Pro Cleaning ("we") runs this website to let you learn about our services and request a cleaning. This page explains what we collect and how we use cookies, in plain language.
When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you enter — your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you want, your preferred date and time, and any notes. We use this only to schedule and provide your cleaning and to contact you about it. We never sell your information.
For basic security and analytics, our server also records limited visit data such as your IP address, the page viewed, and your browser type. If you give us an email address, our confirmation emails may include a small pixel that tells us whether the email was opened.
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps the booking form secure and keeps the owner signed in, and a consent cookie that remembers your choice on the banner. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking, or analytics profiles.
We send booking and confirmation emails through a third-party provider (Brevo) on our behalf, only to deliver our messages.
You can ask us to delete your booking information at any time, and you can clear cookies in your browser settings. To make a request, just call or email us.
